We have found through our own personal experiences and years of working with family's and estate representatives that it can not be stressed strongly enough the emotional roller coaster that comes with the liquidation of personal belongings.
We are taught at an early age that "things do not bring happiness" while this may be true, things do bring about emotions and sometimes conflicts. Even though "it's all just stuff", some items, even the simplest and not necessarily the most valuable items have immense importance to certain individuals.
"Attorneys who work with estate planning have said that often personal property causes more problems when settling an estate than title property like homes and land. Adult siblings have been known to break off relationships with each other over how personal property was divided"

In order for us the be successful in a liquidation, and ensure that our clients are emotionally healthy during and after this process, we have compiled resources to assist your family.
